Twin Handle Cup

£32Stone White glaze

Tom made the first one for his grandad, who needed both hands for his tea by the end. Everyone who came to the studio asked for one after that, so now we make them every firing.

In stock from this firing. Dispatched within 3 working days.

Fired twice. Thrown by hand. Yorkshire Dales. 1260°C. Two people. One kiln. 160 pieces a firing.

The glazeStone White

Stone White is our plainest glaze and the hardest to get right. Too thick and it goes flat like paint, too thin and the buff clay comes through in patches. We dip each cup once, by hand, and stop short of the foot so the bare clay sits on your table.
