We pack on Tuesdays and Thursdays, at the table by the back door. Parcels go with a tracked courier the same afternoon.

That covers the whole of the UK, including Northern Ireland, the Highlands and the islands, though the islands can take a couple of days longer.
Two boxes.
Each piece is wrapped in corrugated paper and floated in a box inside a second box, with a good gap all round. The filling is shredded cardboard from our own deliveries of clay. All of it can go in your recycling.
Questions we get asked
What if something arrives broken?
Send us a photo within 14 days and we will post a replacement, or refund you if that shape has sold out. You do not need to send the pieces back.
Can I return something I have changed my mind about?
Yes, within 30 days, as long as it is unused. Post it back to the studio, well packed, and we will refund you within 5 working days of it arriving. Return postage is yours to pay.
Do you post overseas?
Not at the moment. We have only tested our packing across the UK, and we would rather not find out what happens to a jug on its way to Canada.
Why is my plate a slightly different colour from the photo?
Every firing moves a glaze a little. That is normal and we do not count it as a fault. If you want a close match to something you already own, ring us and we will pick it out by hand.
Can you gift wrap?
Everything comes in brown paper and string anyway. Tell us if it is a gift and we will leave the receipt out.
